PERFECT NYENWEZI WEKHE is a UK-trained finance analyst with over 15 years’ experience in the financial market. He served as a legislator and later a supervisor for works before joining the private sector. He is the chairman/CEO of Port Harcourt Green Enclave Ltd and Nyenwezi Finance Int’l Nig. Ltd. He is the chairman, board of trustee of Green City Africa Climate Action Initiative. He is Due Diligence Certified (DDC) from International Due Diligence Organization (USA). He obtained Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Imo State University and Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Finance from University of Leicester, UK. Perfect is conferred with the honour of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in MAIDEN Climate Change and Green Economy Conference by West Africa Green Economic Development Institute (WAGEDI) Gregory University, Uturu due to milestone achieved in research and development in the areas of real estate, finance and digital innovation.

Prof. Magnus Chidi Onuoha, Advisor: GREEN DEVELOPMENT

Prof Magnus Chidi Onuoha a University of Port Harcourt Nigeria trained Development Economist and a Research Member of the Green Economic Institute at Hugh’s College, Oxford University, UK, an Associate Research Fellow at Africa Heritage Institution (formerly African Institute for Applied Economics, Enugu), Research Member Africa Technology Policy Studies (ATPS) Network Kenya. He is also a Research Member of the UK government funded Governing Inclusive Green Growth Africa (GIGGA) Network coordinated by the University of Reading, UK. He is the first professor of Green Economics in Africa, at Gregory University Uturu, Abia State, Nigeria where he combines as the Executive Director West Africa Green Economic Development Institute (WAGEDI) and Director Center for Transformative Advancement of Development for Africa (CTADA) of the University. Prof Onuoha serves in numerous positions and organisations including Sustainable Energy Practitioners Association of Nigeria (SEPAN), Federal Government’s Steering Committee of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Associations (REEEA- Alliance), Asteven Renewable Energy Academy (ASREA), Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON) Technical Committee and United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Roaster of Experts on Green House Gas Inventory (GHGI) Quality Assurance. He is also a Member of Nigeria Climate Change Response Programme (NCCRP) a European Union funded four-year programme, where he chairs the Waste Sector Work Group. Prof Onuoha is presently member Technical Work Group for GHG Inventory and MRV processes at Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NAMASA) and he was part of the 3 man team of African consultants commissioned by Africa Technology Policy Studies (ATPS) Network Kenya and Pan African Climate Justice Alliance(PACJA) that developed a framework for Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) Implementation index as well as monitoring/tracking tools for Africa.

Joshua A. Olaniyi , Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

JOSHUA ADENIRAN OLANIYI has worked as auditor and accountant for over a decade and has taught strategic Financial management and Derivatives to students of ICAN and CIS for over a decade, particularly at Potec Training Institute. He joined NFI in 2014. Joshua is a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). And an associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN) and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He studied his master degree in finance at Olabisi Onabanjo University.

PETER AKANIMO, Chief Operations Officer (COO)

PETER AKANIMO is an astute salesman, entrepreneur, author of books including Money While You Play and real estate developer since 2008. He has been involved in several projects from where he co-founded Edigor Estates Ltd, owner of Omuodukwu Layout (Oduku Enclave) and is a member, board of Trustees of Green City Africa Climate Action Initiative (GRECACAI). Przemysław Borecki , Advisor: Green City Project & GCity Token

Mr. Borecki has over 15 years of professional experience in the finance, trading, IT projects and global HR processes. He gained practice working for global financial institutions in various countries. As former Chief Operation Officer of BitBay Exchange, a multinational cryptocurrency exchange based in Poland, Mr. Borecki has a significant role in the adoption of trading tools, OTC trading desk as well as liquidity providing activity for online trading business. Mr. Borecki also introduced and led successful development of the TradingView platform in Poland.

KENNADY KELECHI NNAJI is an Innovative Entrepreneur, Economist, Data Scientist, Methodologist, Business and Financial Analyst, and Research Consultant. He is the Managing Director and Chief Consultant, Happuch Educational Center and Research Limited and visiting Lecturer at the University of Port Harcourt Business School. He has a Master of Science (MSc) Degree with Distinction in Finance from Coventry University, England and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree in Finance from University of Port Harcourt. Julia Staniek, Advisor: Digital Marketing

For many years she has been associated with Social Media, getting to know it inside out by developing her own accounts. In July, she completed an eight-week Digital Marketing course organized by Google and the Warsaw School of Economics, where she developed her skills such as managing Google and Facebook Ads campaigns, advertising in Social Media, e-mail marketing or UX, which has become her new passion. She developed a comedy account on Tiktok, which in a few months gathered over 330K followers and obtained millions of views. DAVID BARINE KIIN-KABARI is the TEAM LEAD, Research and Development, leading a team of industry experts to develop feasibility reports for the agro-processing industries of Green City Africa. He obtained his Master of Science and Doctorate Degrees in Food Science and Technology from Rivers State University of Science and Technology. Prof. Kiin-Kabari has been involved in setting up of Food Quality Control Laboratories in food processing organisations. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology FNIFST, professor of Food, product development and analysis with 86 journal publications, and member of Nutrition Society of Nigeria MNSNPARTNERS.
